COVID-19 Precautions

Dear valued Customers, Partners, and Baaqah Community,

We hope during this time you and your families are safe and well. As we continue to come together to navigate through what is still an unprecedented scenario, we understand that health and safety is of the utmost concern for our customers; rest assured that our commitment to your health and well-being remains our number one priority.

At Baaqah, we are doing everything we can to support our community – our customers, delivery partners, flower shop partners, and everyone contributing to the daily operations of Baaqah. We have received an overwhelming support towards all the initiatives we have taken and we would like to thank everyone for the courage and resilience they have shown to help. Here’s a summary of everything that we are doing to support our community, and our own business at this time.


We’ve partnered with WASLA to launch all contactless deliveries for all our deliveries at Baaqah. Customers now receive their picks while maintaining the optimum level of safe distancing as recommended by World Health Organization. In addition, prior to arrival, our delivery partners at WASLA will offer customers the option to leave the package outside their doorstep, ensuring no human-to-human interaction and hence lowering risk of any infection transmission.


We believe that people should wear masks for the sake of others, if not for themselves. In that spirit, we have distributed and continue to distribute face masks to our delivery partners at WASLA to keep them, as well as our customers, safe from the spread of an unlikely infection. We are also continuously educating our delivery partners on hygiene practices (not to touch face, nose, sneeze in elbow, etc.) to ensure their own as well as the ecosystem’s safety.


As a small gesture from our end, we have decided to support all flower shops joining Baaqah by providing one month support of zero commission and zero setting up fees across the UAE.


The health and safety of our drivers, florists, and customers is with no doubt our top priority. Here are some necessary safety measures that we highly recommend our partners at Baaqah to follow:

  • Promote frequent and thorough hand washing (for not less than 20 seconds) and sanitizing before and after contact with any other person.
  • All employees should be wearing gloves and face masks as contact precautions at the handling of arrangements.
  • Discourage employees from sharing tablets, phones, desks, or other worktools and equipment when possible.



We will not be accepting any cash on delivery for the safety of ourdrivers, florists and customers. At the circumstance of any exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 on employees, kindly inform us immediately to take necessary action.
